Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 9 Members
Secretary’s report:
The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.
Treasurer’s Report:
Federation Report:
Tickets for the raffle were handed out each Federation club member must buy the ticket for $20.00. If they do not pay for the tournament by the April 24th tournament at Cochituate they will not be allowed to fish. Please get the money to Connie Cioch, Chris Martins or Scott Downie.
Connie will buy someone’s ticket if they are looking to sell it to him.
According to weed control guy at Federation meeting there will be no nets on Cochituate before May so we will have no problems with our tournament.
Old and New Business:
2005 Tournament:
Dark Brook has been changed to Cochituate. This was because of lack of parking at Dark Brook. Everyone in the club has been contacted via phone or word of mouth. The launch sequence will stay the same and the date will stay the same.
Steve Yates reported about the scale. We are going to buy the scale. Stainless Steel 45 Lbs max weight.
George is running an open benefit tournament on Congamond June 18th. This is a team tournament and will probably be limited to 50 boats. It is 100 a team George will be getting the sign up sheets to us soon.
It has been voted that the club will continue to keep the website and have the club pay for it.
Hannah is now in full recovery. For those of you who do not remember Hannah she is a little girl that John Piechota knows that had cancer. The club donated money to her charity to help with her treatment.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:30
