Monthly Meeting Minutes

April 11, 2006

The Meeting was held by Chris Martins at 7:40pm on April 11, 2006. There were 11 members present for the meeting.

Secretary?s Report:

Was given by Marcia Hutchinson and accepted.

Treasure?s Report:

Was given by Paul Hachey and accepted

Fed Report:

Was given by Scott Downie and accepted. The Fed Roster needs to be in for the next fed meeting. There are still 7 members that are needed to be registered. There can not be any doubling up between the FLW & Ma Bass if officers in two different clubs.

Ames Farms will be where the state fish offs will be at on Sept 9^th & 10^th 2006. Which our eight man team will be (so far that we know)

Please let Rob Lowe know as soon as possible if you are going to go to the state fish offs. So that the next person in line can plan and let Rob know. We will need to make our reservations soon.

Old Business:

Rob Matthews tore his pectorals muscle, and has already gone thru surgery, and is doing well. He will not be able to fish at the first tournament.

We as a club have to purchase raffle tickets for the 50/50 raffle. Which we did purchased.

Steve Yates will be picking up a new Basket for weigh in.

New business:
