Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:45                          21 Members Present

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.                                                      

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasure’s Report was read.

Federation Report:

Federation now has deals with Berkley and GM where members can get discounts on products for more information see Mike T.

There are a couple of youth tournaments that are coming up where the Fed is looking for boats to take them fishing. See Mike T for details

Fish offs are still scheduled for Sept 5,6, 7 at Lake Winnipiasaukie     

Old and New Business:

Harvey has accepted the role of Treasurer for the club. Thank you Harvey and thank you Connie for doing the duties for so long. Connie will be available to help Harvey as the year progresses.

Launch numbers were drawn for the first 2 tournaments. Lake Wickaboag and Buffumville reservoir. The launch order for Congamond will be drawn at the May 13^th meeting. Those in attendance will draw first and those who are not there will have numbers drawn for them.

The banquet is this Sunday April 13^th at Tony and Pennies in Ludlow.

Sal took the final order for Jackets. There does not seem to be enough interest yet for him to order shirts.
