Fed Report:

1. Federation youth tournament is scheduled for August 6^thon Quabog. The Lake Congomond State Team tournament cancelled on April 2^nd , need to find out if it was re-scheduled. Wednesday Sept 24^th to 26^th Fish offs launching out of West Alton Bay. You can launch at any site and then go to West Alton Bay. Federation report read and accepted.

New Business:

1. Chris Martin called Lake Association at Shirley and reserved the ramp for May 1st. Launch fee for the ramp this year is now $ 10.00. We voted to hold Fun tournament on Shirley. You can fish as individual or as a team and the cost will be $40.00 per boat. $ 30.00 of the entry fee goes towards payoff and $10.00 for the lunker pool. Can fish with non members, but must be one member in boat. This will follow similar format to our Night Tournaments. Start time 7:00am and fish to 3:00PM.

2. We received 2 permits for Candlewood. If we launch out of Lattins Cove we would need to launch at 7:30am. We also pulled a permit for Squantz Cove and we would have to launch at 8:00am. This is because of other tournaments launching before us. The club voted to launch out of Lattins Cove as this was the early time. Sal will now lock in this time, date and ramp for the permit.

3. Sal pulled permit Northfield Ramp CT River NH permit. Sal paid $ 25.00 for the permit fee. Harvey reimbursed Sal for the permit fee at the April meeting.

4. Club picked launch order for Otis tournament on May 22^nd.

Old Business:

1. Club voted on Night tournament date. July 30^th is the date. Will be 4:00pm to 11:00pm.

2. No 50 / 50 raffle done at meeting. Current balance is $ 185.00 as of 4/12/11. These funds going towards 2011 Night tournament pay out.
