Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was not read

Treasurer’s Report:

No Treasure’s Report was read

We voted to take money out of the CD. This will help to pay the bills throughout the rest of the year.  There will be a small penalty for removing the money early. It will be about $45. Paul please take out about $1000.00 to help with the current financial situation.

Federation Report:

The 6 man team information must be in on August 8th. I sent in the checks for both the team and the hostage fee. The hostage fee was paid out of my pocket so I would hope that no one defaults on the tournament. The 6 man team is as follows:

Boaters:

Steve Kaczenski

Chris Martins

Scott Downie

Non Boaters:

Rob Lowe

Chris Perreault

Mike Tetreault

The Federation has sold the boat given to them by FLW. There is a vote this coming meeting to decide what to do with the money.

Old and New Business:

2006 Tournament:

Barton Cove is under our belt. The top 5 are as follows:

1 Chris Martins

2 Glenn Miemerstorf

3 Daryl Dejordy

4 Steve Yates

5 Larry Marsh

Next tournament is at Winnie. August 12th and 13th. The launch list is posted on the website.  The tournament will be launching out of Ames Farm. There are several rules we must adhere to. They will be gone over the day of the tournament but here are a couple of the more important ones:

No wake within 150 ft of shore, another boat or any marker bouys. (This is strictly enforced by the Marine Patrol) when we blast off in the morning you must be 150 feet away from the starter boat before you go on plane. We will also be launching from the black stakes about 200 yards offshore.

No releasing of fish at the ramp. All fish will be returned to boats and driven back out to above mentioned stakes for release.

Also we discussed and made a vote that the smallest fish of every bag brought to the scale will be measured. Unless blatantly over 12”. This will make it so no one person is singled out but all fish will be assured to be legal.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:45
