Monthly Meeting Minutes
February 14th 2006
The meeting was begun by Rob Lowe at 7:35 PM.
There were 11 members present for the meeting.
Secretary's report

Treasurer's report:

given by Chris Martin, (in Scott Downie's absence)
Discussed possible turmoil between BASS & TBF in the state of Mass about affiliations by some clubs staying with BASS even though the vote was unanimous to go TBF, and the possibility of Mass BASS Federation Nation trying to lay claim to parts of the available funds!!
Bay State Bass Anglers is now an TBF/FLW affiliated club. We need all FLW membership #?s from our members by the March meeting please, so that they can be forwarded to the FLW.
TBF has requested a copy of club bylaws. We would like to know for what reason that they need them, before providing a copy.
The TBF regulations for affiliated clubs will be out in sometime in March.
We then discussed the Sportsman Show and casting Kids duties. Rob, Mike, Chris P. and Steve Kaczinski will handle these duties.
Old Business:
Jackets have arrived, thanks to a combined effort of Scott and Rob.
Banquet: Scott has a tentative date of March 4th reserved at The Harmony House in South Hadley. Please e-mail Scott or Rob if this date will be ok or not.
Scott Downie will be procuring the necessary trophies for this year?s recipients

New Business:
Mike Tetreault and Geoff Steil were nominated and elected to co-Fed Directors.
Barton?s Cove was unavailable on July 9th; vote was to change to July 8th (Saturday)
A short discussion about Winnie tournament and where we will stay, no decision made. Steve K. asked Chris if the club could possibly become duel affiliated. No decision was made as of yet.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 pm.
