Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:45                          7 Members

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.                                                      

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasure’s Report was read and accepted

Federation Report:

            No federation director present.

Old and New Business:

We need to have 3 people present to help run the “Reel Kids Event”. Times will be forthcoming from Rob as the Federation has not listed the times yet.

If anyone knows of a place to have a banquet please email Rob Lowe, Scott D or Chris Martins.

Scott D is going to find out about the place and dates of the Fish offs as they are still undetermined and there is a rumor that the dates are changing again. This may determine whether or not we will fish the Ticonderoga ramp and or somewhere’s else on the lake.

Rob Lowe has sponsored a new member, Rich Lynch. Rich lives in Belchertown. Bob Puorro will be Rich’s non boater.
