Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:51                          12 Members

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.

Treasurer’s Report:

            Checking balance xxxxxxxx

            Savings balance   xxxxxxxxx

            xxxxx  to bank since last meeting

             Cd to be put in Savings till we know exactly how

 Much cash the club needs.

Federation Report:

There is a conflict between the Fed trail TOC and our

 Stockbridge T.   Needs to be resolved.

Old and New Business:

The Banquet is Sunday April 13^th at Tony and Penny’s

 Restaurant in Ludlow at 6 pm.  Approx 17.00 per person.

Talked some more about the monthly meeting attendance

 incentive ideas.    Main idea is to hold individual launch order

 draws the meeting immediately prior to the Tournaments.

Present members draw for first flight launch and then draw

for non present members second flight.   This would cover 6

of the 12 months reducing the total point incentive to a

possible 3 points instead of 6.   Tabled to March meeting.

Discussed getting the night tournament set up.

Instructed people to think of venues and return next

month with choices.   Tabled to March

Meeting was adjourned at 8:25
