Secretary Report: 

1.      Read and accepted.

2.      15 Members present at February meeting.

Treasurers Report:             

1.      Deposited 1610.00 to checking.  Checking has a balance of $ 2402.58; Savings $ 422.73; Scudder Fund $8,465.33.  Treasurer’s report read and accepted.

Fed Report:

1.      Mike T was not at meeting – No Federation report read.

New Business:

1.  Discussed having an alternate for Quabog Lake due to the amount of snow we have had this season.  The lakes water level could be too high to launch.  Singletary and Shirley are the two alternates we voted on for lakes.  The club voted for Shirley Lake and a date of May 1st.  Chris Martin will call Lake Association at Shirley to see if ramp is available. 

2. We had two new members sponsored and join the club.  Chris Martin sponsored youth member Matt Ziomek and Harvey sponsored new, non-boater, member Chris Klocker.  Both paid dues at the February meeting.  Steve K will check with Federation on the youth membership and the amount for youth dues that would be owed for youth member.  Not sure if it is the same as adult dues.

3. Currently 16 boaters on roster.  No non-boaters currently want to become  a boater.  Membership is now open to two boaters and or any past members that have yet to get their dues into the Treasurer. 

4. Chris does not want handle the non-boater pool.  Larry Marsh has stepped up to take over the responsibility of this pool for 2011.

5. The club voted for lakes for the Night Tournament.   The members present voted   for Quabog and Congamond as the alternate.

6. Club will be working Springfield Sportsman Show in February for the Federation.

Old Business:

1.      50 / 50 raffle done at meeting.  Current balance is $ 150.00 as of 2/8/11. These funds going towards 2011 Night tournament pay out.
