Monthly Meeting Minutes

January 10th 2006

 

Ok People here is what transpired at last nights meeting. We did not have an official secretary there so I will just summarize the meeting.

 

Secretaries report 

 We did not have one as there was none from the month

before.

No Fed director present no report made We did talk a little 

about the TBF and BASS

 

Old and New Business

New Officers are as follows:

   President

     Rob Lowe

   Vice President/Tournament director

      Chris Perrault

   Secretary

      Marcia Hutchinson

   Treasurer

      Paul Hachey

                Fed Director

      No one stepped up but we do have a couple of 

    people interested. Please we need someone!!!!

 

Tournament schedule:

 

April 23^rd Tournament was changed from Webster (state would not allow enough parking at state ramp and town wanted 125 to launch from Memorial Beach) to Buffumville Res. Pending permit

 

May 7^th Onota We had to change this to May 6^th as we could not get the permit for the 7^th Permit pending.

 

June 11^th Quaboag  We had to change this to June 10^th as we could not get a permit for the 11^th

 

July 9^th  Hinsdale CT River   We have changed this to Barton Cove pending permit approval due to the fact that many people did not want to buy the out of state licenses

 

August 12-13^th  This is still going to happen we would like a commitment from those of you who plan on attending so we can try and make lodging arrangements and to see if we will have enough to hold the tournament.

 

Sept 17^th All set for Monomonac

 

October 1^st waiting on permit approval
