Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:40                          8 Members

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.                                                      

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasure’s Report was not read.

There was no secretary present at the start of the meeting. Last months report is below

Federation Report:

            Hats for fishoffs members are in Mike T has them

            Fishoffs Sept 6-7^th at Winnie at undisclosed location

Old and New Business:

Banquet needs to get scheduled.  Walter Davis is looking into different options including possibly having it catered to St Joes.

All 08 Tourneys are permit in hand or location reserved.   ACoE locations are the ones reserved and applications are being sent to Rob to finalize the permits.

There were inquiries about jackets,  Sal will head up ordering them and Rob L will provide him with info from last order and a roster.  No jacket until your dues are paid in full and all new members are eligible for jackets. 

 

Jan meeting scheduled topics are membership goals.  We are currently at capacity and have people on the wait list.

Sportsman show is on Feb 23- 26^th and we will need volunteers (3-4)

 

Launch orders to be drawn at march meeting

Dues to be paid in full by next meeting.

Tossed around ideas to get better meeting attendance.
