Meeting was called to order at 7:45                          7  Members

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.                                                      

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasure’s Report was read and accepted .

Federation Report:

            No fed report, no fed director present.

Old and New Business:

            All dues must be paid by next meeting !!!

Connie is working on finding the old bylaws.  Has found articles of incorporation.

Schedule is getting firmed up.   All permits are in hand except for Hinsdale and     Shirley.
