Monthly Meeting Minutes

July 8th 2008

Meeting was called to order by Harvey S. at 7:55 pm.    Eleven members present.
 
President's report:  none
 
Secretaries report:  None
 
Treasurers report: Read

Motion made and seconded to accept report.
 
Mike T. will verify mileage to Fed. meetings and re-calculate cost based on current gas prices.
Informal discussion and concern about next Fed. fishoff.
Harvey S. stated that he prefers not to mail tournament checks to winners. Wants to hand them out at meetings to encourage attendance.
 
Launch order was drawn for Brimfield Res. as follows:
