The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.
Treasurer’s Report:

Cd also has been put in Savings till we know exactly how much the club needs.
All members have returned and are paid in full except for non boater

Federation Report:
The conflict between the Fed trail TOC and our Stockbridge T has been resolved. Peter McClellan allowed us and exception for this tournament. He is allowing us to keep our date.
Fishoffs are officially set for September 5, 6, 7 launching out of
They are also asking for volunteer boat captains for the youth tournament on Congamond July 13th. Unfortunately this date conflicts with our Bartons cove tournament.
Old and New Business:
Permits
All permits are in and the schedule is 100% set and rock solid.
Banquet
Banquet is Sunday April 13th at Tony and Penny’s Resteraunt in
Launch Draws / Meeting attendance incentive
We spoke, voted on and passed the monthly meeting attendance Launch Draw incentive idea.
From this point on we will be holding individual launch order draws the meeting the month prior to the Tournaments. So the launch order for an April Tournament will be drawn at the March meeting, a May T at the April meeting, a June T at the May meeting and so on.
The launch order will be broken up in two flights. The members who are present at the meeting first will draw for first flight launch.
Then those same members will then draw for non present members who will launch in the second flight. First flight launches before second flight.
In other words members who attend the meeting for the launch draw will all launch before the members who do not attend the meeting.
This begins at the next meeting in April where we will draw for Wickaboag and for Buffamville.
2008 night Tournament
We voted on lakes for the night Tournamant. First choice is Congamond and the Alternate is Hamilton Res. First choice date is July 26th and the alternate date is August 2nd.
Jackets / shirts / hats
Sal is working on the jackets. They picked a style and the color will be black. They are approx 55 with embroidery.
Also we picked bone/tan color for the shirts they can mix and match long and short sleeves and those are app 54.00 each embroidered.
He also got a quote on hats for 13-14 per hat.
We need minimums of 12 for each order. There were 8 at the meeting that want shirts and about the same that wanted jackets and hats so we just need a few more for each to meet the minimum.
