Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:45                          14 Members Present

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.                                                      

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasure’s Report was read and accepted

4 authorized people to sign checks Connie, Rob Lowe, Scott Downie, Harvey.

Federation Report:

At the last federation meeting Mike heard that we will launch from Ames Farms and they will have a designated driver bring your truck up to Gun Stock Ski Resort which is about 10 miles away. He will confirm this at the next Federation Meeting.         

Old and New Business:

Congamond Night tournament July 26^th times are 5pm to 12am

Sal has the hats and jackets. If you owe Sal money please settle up before the Congamond Tournament.

We picked the boat numbers for the Congamond tournament. Please see the website for your launch numbers.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:35
