Meeting was called to order at 7:45                              8 Members

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.

8-21 Lake Winnie

9-10-11 TOC Lake Champlain (North end)

Joe Mckinnon, Bryan King, Bob Rivet Have all resigned their posts. Carl Vizzi is now the new Federation President.

Old and New Business:

2005 Tournament Changes:

CT River Chicopee Saturday June 4th

Congamond Sunday July 24^th

Any new member whether or not they were in the club must before

join the federation.
