Monthly Meeting Minutes

11/13/07

Meeting was called to order at 7:45                          12 Members

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report read and accepted.                                                      

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasure’s Report was read and accepted. 

Federation Report:

Fishoffs are scheduled for Winnie either the 3^rd week of August or the 2^nd week of September.   Ames farms not available, location of launch unknown at this time.  We voted club preference for the September date.

Fed dues tabled untill December meeting. 

Federation banquet is Dec 1^st details on Mass Bass website

Jim Barry is taking a collection for Christmas presents for disadvantaged kids we collected 60.00 from present members for club donation.

Hats for 07 fishoffs team will be available next month

Old and New Business:

Our Banquet will be the 5^th or 12^th of April depending on availability.

We discussed staying with TBF or moving Back to BASS.   Tabled the discussion to future meetings.

We talked about youths as guests and possibilities if those youths want to get more involved.  Agreed to allow youths as guests with parent or guardian and to cross other bridge when needed.

All Tournaments are on a Sunday except for Wickaboag
