The Secretaries report was not read no minutes available.                                                      

Treasurer's Report: 

          Treasurer's report was read and accepted

Federation Report:

Federation dues of 45.00 due at November meeting.

Old and New Business:

Made motion to take on no new members as of now to leave any open spots for non-boaters to become boaters if desired for now.

Talked about banquet and waiting till early April so Connie can attend for a change
