Meeting was called to order at 7:50 pm
10 members present
President's Report:
Voted for next years lakes at last meeting. Weigh in tank is working well.
Congratulations to Steve K. for 8th place finish at Fed. fish-off at
Treasurer's Report:
Checking acct. balance is $226.14 and savings acct. balance is $4,709.39
Scudder fund was up a little the second quarter but down over $600 ytd.
Secretaries Report:
No Report, Chris M. out of town on business.
Federation Report:
Mike T. reported that the "Take The Kids" fishing event will be this Sat
Sept. 13. Kids and parents can go to the national event.
Mike's travel expense to Fed. meetings is OK at this time since gas
prices have come down a little.
Eight members voted in favor of staying with the Fed. in 2009.
Old Business:
There was much discussion about where to hold the 8 man interclub
tournament to be held sometime in October.
Entry fee will be $50 per person. We voted that Steve K. will not have
to pay back the money used for fishoffs to be in the tournament.
Dates for next year tournaments were picked as follows:
April 12, May 24, June 14, July 12, Aug. 9, Sept.13, Oct. 4
New Business:
Launch order for Stockbridge Bowl was drawn. Rob Lowe will post
on our website.
Rob L. displayed a new product called V-T2 livewell & baitwell ventilator.
The company donated 2 to us and in return we will do a "banner swap"
with them.
They will be raffled off to club members durning the next two meetings.
