Meeting was called to order at 7:35                              13 Members

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.

            Youth nationals Rachel won the plaque for mass and going to the nationals.

Must be a graduating senior. Can only get the scholarship once application needs to be in June 1^st. Will pay out scholarship after the freshman year grades must be kept up.

            Can now apply for permits on Oct. 1^st

Next Tournament is a Sunday tournament Sept 12th. This tournament is at Monomonac. $10.00 launch fee payable to Steve Yates or a duly noted helper at the ramp

Brunelles’ is confirmed they want $20 to launch. Steve will check on Sportsman’s to see if it is cheaper. If so we will go out of Sportsman’s.

The courtesy check that is in the rules will no longer be allowed. If you want to courtesy measure your ruler against the club golden rule. If a short fish is brought to the scale a 1lb penalty will be assessed to your remaining fish and the short fish will be put back.

The lakes and dates for next year’s tournament schedule are proposed as follows:

These need to be approved by the Federation and permits need to be drawn. The dates and places may change accordingly because of this. We will keep you posted.

I would like to thank all who showed up. I believe that was the biggest turn out in membership in quite some time, See you all at Monomonac.
