The Bylaws that were asked about were not required by older clubs like us, just for any new members
Skeeter felt slighted from both FLW & BASS about sponsorship. No one met with them for their donations made with the boats that were being raffled off. The paper work was not filed from The State of MA and they may or may not get the boat for last year's raffle.
If anyone wants to fish in any of the Fed trails they need to make a deposit to them for $160.there will be 4 tournaments.
Our full roster is required to be turned in to Fed for their next meeting. There are no new members that joined this year.
Old Business:
All FLW #'s are all in. The casting kids program went well; thanks to those that went and helped out. There are pictures on our web site to see how things went for them.
New business:
There was a discussion made about the banquet for coming years. One was to have the banquet at the end of our fishing year in Nov or Dec. The other is to keep it at the beginning of the year but planed better. We are now looking for a committee to plan the banquet early and to get dates that more will be able to plan on coming too. The same committee will also take care of the trophies. Any Volunteers for this committee please contact Rob Lowe or thru the web site thank you.
We are in need of a new weigh in basket the old one is in need of lots of help. Steve Yates & Chris Perreault may be looking into this for us
Numbers were drawn for the launch order. If you were not present you numbers were drawn for you.
There was also a discussion about the Winnie tournament as it stands right now it is being held at Center Harbor Inn. Questions were asked about where the launch was and if there is parking for all at the launch site. There was also a question about electricity for recharging at the motel. Rob will be looking into Ames Farm there will be plenty of space for parking, launching and with no extra charge if you stay right at
