Meeting was called to order at 7:45 15 Members
Secretary?s report:
The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.
Treasurer?s Report:
Federation Report:
Kids tournament will be at Webster this year.
West and East conference this year/ First tournament will be on the Oxbow on April 21st Mid may at Onata Championship will be at Attitash.
Fish offs will be Apple Tree Launch August 17,18,19
Old and New Business:
Banquet. We are trying to get it booked at Tony and Penny?s in Ludlow Ma. Rob Matthews is checking into menu and availability
We will look into starting a youth chapter in the future. This will be an ongoing discussion throughout the year
We added several new members to the club in the past couple of months. We now have a full roster with 18 boaters and 10 non boaters. We can still take a few non boaters if a boater would like to take a partner.
Please try and make it to the next meeting (especially the new members) so that we can go over rules, launch order and sign waiver forms before the first tournament. which is at
Because of the large number of members in the club this year we will be forming a tournament committee at the next meeting to have specific duties at the ramp for help in launching and the weigh ins. Don?t forget whatever we do out there reflects on both the club and Bass fishing in general so we need to be organized for a speedy launch and recovery process.
