Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 13 Members
Secretary’s report:
The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.
Treasurer’s Report:
Federation Report:
Fed team trail need money in by the first tournament. Taking 70 boats
Each federation Member is responsible to pay for the 20 Dollar Raffle ticket. Scott should have them at the April Meeting.
Any member not buying the ticket will be found in not good standing and will not be able to fish for points in the club tournaments..
Old and New Business:
2005 Tournament:
The Boat Launch numbers were drawn, The launch order for Dark Brook will be posted on the website and emailed out to all I have email addresses for.
The banquet will be held April 2nd at the Harmony House in Granby. It will be a buffet style banquet and will start at 6:30PM. Thank you Scott for setting that up.
George is running an open benefit tournament on Congamond June 18th. This is a team tournament and will probably be limited to 50 boats. More info as George gets it. I plan on fishing it hope others do also.
The lodging for the 8 man team has been set. Thank you Rob Lowe. If you are the 8 man team please get your money into Connie ASAP. The club put up the 800 Dollar down payment. If you do not repay the club you will not be allowed to fish in the tournaments and you will forfeit your spot on the 8 man team.
George Plourde purchased the new battery and it was given to Steve Yates to put with the scale.
Steve has picked out a new scale we will need to vote on it at the April meeting in hopes it will be here in time for the Dark Brook Tourney.
