Monthly Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:45                              9 Members

Secretary’s report:

The Secretaries report was read and accepted as read.

Treasurer’s Report:

Federation Report:

The divisional will be held at Winnie hosted by Massachusetts. The dates are 21, 22, 23 of Sept. The Fed is looking for volunteers. Launching from Ames farm.

Tournament trail controversy about Labor Day weekend. Seems that’s tournament was cancelled due to the weather and rescheduled for Labor Day weekend. Some people could not make the tournament because elf Vacations and such and they lost their money.

2005 Fish offs will be held at Lake Champlain (again) Fort Ticonderoga, The alternates are Candlewood, and Winnie

Some new rules that are being looked at for next year are that each boater must have a min of $300,000 insurance and any boat in a Federated tournament must be 17’ 8” in length 

            Nomination of officers will take place at the next Fed meeting.

Next Tournament is a Saturday tournament Oct 9th. This tournament is at Oxbow $20.00 launch fee payable to Steve Yates or a duly noted helper at the ramp.

The nominations and elections of our own club officers needs to take place at the next meeting. Please try and attend or give me your nominations and votes before the meeting
